Invoice

Follows the date until you change it yourself.
Printed under the collector's name, and saved back onto their contact for next time.
One work prints as “Payment for”; several print as a list. Prices can be adjusted here for this invoice alone.
Total due
Printing also saves. A saved invoice sits on the contact's profile, to be reopened, changed and printed again.

Invoice details — typed once, printed from every signed-in machine

Signature on file None yet
A PNG on a white or transparent background prints best. It is kept behind the passphrase with everything else, not in the page.
No groups yet. Create one above.

Members

[first name], [surname] and [full name] are replaced with each person's own details.

Sending

Each message opens in a new Gmail tab, addressed only to that person.
No templates yet. Create one to reuse a message you send often.

Only you see this: it's the button label on a contact's page.
[first name], [surname] and [full name] are replaced with each person's own details.

Import contacts from CSV

Choose a CSV file, or drag one here
The first row must be column headings. Nothing is saved until you confirm the preview.

Match your columns

A snapshot is taken first, so this can be undone from Backup. But the CSV cannot give back what is not in it: groups will be emptied, purchases recorded against contacts will be gone, and consent flags will be unset.

Preview: first five rows

Keep a copy on your Mac

Everything: contacts, groups and templates, with ids and timestamps. This is the only export that can rebuild the database; the CSV cannot.

Snapshots on the server

Taken automatically every night, before every CSV import, and before any restore. The most recent 30 are kept.

No snapshots yet.

Mailing list

Anyone with the consent box ticked goes to Mailchimp automatically when they are saved, whether they signed up on the website or were typed in here. Contacts without consent are never sent. This is only for catching up after a big import, or when Mailchimp was down.

Printed on invoices. One line or several, as it should appear.
Tap to select any number.
Typed by hand, not linked to an inventory record.
Ticking this also adds them to the Mailchimp audience when you save. Leave it clear and they are held here only.
